Both the fragrant quince and early pickings of the Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked from Mount Barker and Aitken's Folly Vineyard in Wanaka. The marriage of sun drenched land and human hand make for sustainable, sweet and savoury delicious jelly. Great with blue and soft cheese, roast meats, Christmas ham, steak, Eton mess and pavlova.
